Career Transition Coaching

Allow me, if you will, to present a unique approach to this subject.  At first, people assume this is a “placement” type service … typically found within the H.R. arena.  Although we can’t avoid the “overlap” our focus is on the individual and how he/she navigates the transition process.  We like to step back and begin at the beginning – identify some key ingredients:

• Individual strengths
• Personal Passions
• Your sense of direction
• Level of confidence

Looking for what we describe as, patterns of success from your past – “what did you do that brought you joy?  What came easy to you?  Answering questions as to why you are where you are –right now?

Assembling the results from several personal assessment instruments we administer and de-briefing them so we can create our, “Power Statement,” of and for you.
Who are our typical clients? (our clients are all unique and special)

• Employed and looking to advance within current organization
• Employed and exploring “outside” opportunities
• Military personal transitioning into civilian market place
• Recent college graduates “exploring” all the options
• Women entering the market place
• Un-employed looking for similar position
• Un-employed making a career change
• Retired and transitioning into a new field
• Gen X, Y, echo, etc – planning advancement to fill Baby Boomer departures [btw –you’ll have fewer in numbers, so it’s the old “do more with less” routine!]
• Tired of what you’re doing and looking for something NEW & EXCITING

So here’s the bottom line … people want more money, money freedom, more responsibility [most of the time] I’ve been an  employer before and I wanted “more value” … so my efforts today focus on how you can present yourself (with facts to back it up) to prospective employers as “having more value” and along the way get more of whatever you need to be able to “provide more” in the eye’s of the employer, regardless you must change something about yourself to be worth more – period! (Be more – get more)
